Students at the University of California-Merced thought it is fair to tax more money from high income earners to redistribute the wealth to help the poor, but could not wrap their heads around the concept of similarly redistributing grade point averages (GPA's) to help poor students.
How sad is our education system? Redistribution is not fair if it takes from their hard-earned grades, but it is fair if it takes from people's hard earned incomes. Hmmm.
Dolts.
Maybe after they have thought more about it....
One can only hope, I guess.
