A peer reviwed study posted on a United Nations website (UNEP, whatever that is) predicted that there would be 50 million "climate refugees" by 2010.
As Patterico puts it, the prediction missed the mark by only 50 million.
Naturally the UN is taking away the pages without fanfare. Not even an oops, we goofed.
