I don't do criminal law, but this event and the film showed is excellent. We have many excellent police, and some who are not so excellent. This film stresses the need to be polite and cooperative even if rights are being violated, while politely not waiving your rights.
There is also discussion about why the drug war has a disproportionate impact on the black community. I am not a fan of the war on drugs for many reasons. See blog here.
