In this video, an assault victim protects himself with a handgun. The assailant, falsely described by the newscaster as "the victim," attacks a concealed carry permit holder with his fists. The permit holder shoots the assailant.
Was the permit holder in reasonable fear of great bodily harm? That is what the jury will have to decide, because he was charged with assault and attempted murder. In Philadelphia, I guess you have an obligation to get beaten up if you are attacked by someone who can use his fists.
Stay out of Philadelphia. Oh yes, and Blame Bush.
