Defendant Bill Clinton

Gone, but not forgotten. Bill Clinton is a defendant in a multi-million dollar civil suit in California over his business dealings. The plaintiff, Peter Franklin Paul, reportedly plans to file a Federal Elections Commission complaint over Hillary Clinton's campaign finance reporting, after a California Superior Court judge dismissed Mrs. Clinton from Mr. Paul's civil suit where she was named as a defendant with her husband. Read about it in Worldnetdaily here.

Just when I thought we were done with Bill.

The Federal Elections Commission complaint will contend that Mrs. Clinton falsely classifed Mr. Paul's contributions which were unlawfully arge and that Hillary should be forced to repay them.

Let's see. Mr. Paul makes an illegal campaign contribution. Hillary wins. The relationship goes sour over a business deal with Bill. Mr. Paul now wants to be repaid his illegal campaign contribution.

Nobody is clean in this one, even if the allegations are true.

I think I have to go wash my hands.

I was in the judge's courtroom when he told Kendall that any motion to remove Hillary from the witness list would be "dead on arrival." Yes, folks, Bill, Hillary, Chelsea, Al Gore, Gray Davis, Ed Rendell, and a host of the Hollywood elite are on the witness list. Bill and Hillary under oath is going to be a wonderful thing.
